Yummy dough recipe for quiche with prawn’s filling

 

Ingredients
To dough
2 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon of salt
100 grs. of margarine or butter
1 egg
1 quiche tin about 26 cm. diameter
Method
Mix the flour, salt and margarine or butter making crumbs, add the egg and join all well, the dough be smooth (if you think is a little dry add 2 spoonfuls of water only to moist)
Let the dough rest to normal temperature by 20 minutes.
Whein is ready with a roll pin extend the dough, greased the tin and powder with flour. Place the dough over the tin.Reserve.
Preheat the oven to medium heat.
Ingredients to filling
300 grs. of prawns
3/4 cup of double cream
4 eggs
40 grs. of grated cheese
salt
pepper
Method to filling
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the double cream and prawns (You can use prawns freeze or fresh)) salt,peper and grated cheese, mix well.You may reserve someones prawns to garnish the center of the quiche.
Empty this mix over the tin with dough and place at oven by 30 minutes to medium heat. Will be ready when is a little golden and the mixture is firm.
We serve with salad of chopped lettuce and was so fine. You may serve with others salads too.
