We never made before blueberry jam for the simple reason

Ingredients

1 kilo of blueberries fresh or freeze
1/2 cup of  red wine (120 ml)
800 grs. sugar
120 ml orange juice
1 apple chopped

Method

In a large saucepan place the blueberries, sugar, wine and orange juice,  then add the chopped applestir well to mix.
Cook, stirring all the time with a wooden spoon over medium heat for 1 hour or less or to give point to the jam.
You can try a little in a plate to see is thick.
Cut the fire . Let cool slightly.
Pack in sterilized jars and the mermalada cool thoroughly before applyingthe cap.

Greek yogurt dessert

1 greek yogurt (plain)
2 tablespoon of blueberry jam

Only place the greek yogurt and place over the blueberry jam, if you want you can add some slice almonds or granola.
