Tried these tender and juicy kasturi chicken tikkas for iftar

INGREDIENTS

500 g chicken cubes
Marination:
Grind together in the mixer to a smooth paste
8-10 almonds
Half cup yoghurt
3 tblsp thick cream
3 green chillies
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp garlic paste
3 tbsp cheese ( mozarella or cheddar)

Transfer to a bowl and add the following spices and marinate chicken cubes:
1 and half tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
Half tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin and coriander powder

DIRECTIONS

Thread chicken into skewers. Add 4 tblsp oil and grill for 12-14 mins changing sides till done.

Add cheese and cover for 2 minutes till it melts. Serve with roti, naan or rice.

You can bake them or air fry at 200 degrees for 20-25 mins. Keep flipping in between and brush with oil for a nice finish.
