this is one of my favorite types of pizza.
Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons olive oil or sunflower oil
3 tomatoes in round slices
1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves
300 grs. mozarella o gauda cheese grated or slices
100 grs. tomato’s sauce
oregano
salt
METHOD
Stir the yeast,sugar and 1 cup of warm water together and set aside for 5 minutes. In a bowl mix the floor and salt and add the yeast mixture and oil to make a dough.
Transfer dough to to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until dough is elastic.
Place the dough in a oiled bowl. Cover with a dampened towel. Let rise in a warm area about 1 hour.
Punch de dough down to deflate, cover and late rise for 30 minutes more.
Extended in a mold to pizza or similar. Preheat the oven to medium heat. (180º)
Spread over the dough the tomato’s sauce, powder with oregano,place the tomatos in slices, add salt and the basil leaves chopped or how you like, and top with mozarella cheese.
Bake until the crust is golden and crisp, cook by 15 minutes.
