Ingredients Filling
500 grs. Cherry tomato
1/2 cup chopped basil
4 eggs
400 grs. Ricotta cheese
100 ml of double cream
100 grs of oatsmeal
salt and pepper
Dough Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
100 grs. of butter
1 egg
1/3 cup of water
Directions:
Method dough
Join with the hands in a bowl the flour,the butter and the salt, join well, add the egg and the water and make a dough.
Let rest by 30 minutes.
Prepare a tarte mold about 26 cm. diameter with butter and extende the dough over it. (if is need add a bite of flour)
Method filling
In a bowl beat the eggs and add the ricotta,the double cream and the oatsmeal, add salt and pepper to your taste.Mix well and let rest the batter by 30 minutes (to moist well the oatsmeal)
Wash the cherry tomato and preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Place the batter of ricotta,cream and eggs with oatmeal, will be thick, Place the little tomato over the mix and push slowly.
Bake at oven by 40 to 45 minutes.
