INGREDIENTS
Wash and pat dry fish fillets and keep aside.
Marination:
1 tblsp fish spice
Salt to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
1 tsp Red chilli flakes
1 tblsp of lemon juice
Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
Tartar sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion chopped
Fresh coriander chopped
Pinch of white pepper
Salt and sugar to taste
Mix everything well
METHOD
Lemon butter sauce
Melt butter in a pan. Add in 1/3 cup of milk and 1/3 cup of cream and 2 tbslp lemon juice. Add 1 tsp of cornflour to thicken. Serve with fish and chips
