INGREDIENTS
1 kg of chicken drumsticks/ 6 leg pieces
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp lemon pepper
Salt to taste( dont add alot)
1 tsp mochachos spice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp mochachos spice
1/4 cup peri peri sauce
METHOD
Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces. Add all the spices and sauce. Rub in well. Heat a piece or charcoal and place in a foilcup add 1 to 2 tblsp of oil and cover. Give coal smoke for 2 minutes. Cover and keep in the fridge to marinate overnight or for a few hours.
Shallow fry in oil then grill on gas stove or on a braai stand while basting with the marinade. Top with peri peri sauce when serving.
