Ingredients
1/2 cup of grind almonds1/2 cup all purpose flour4 fish fillets (tilapia or halibut)salt and pepper2 tablespoon of butter2 tabkespoon olive oil1/2 cup almonds peel and in slicessalads: avocados in slices, lettuces, mashed potatos
METHOD
In a large bowl mix the grind almonds and all purpose flur. Set aside.On a kitchen table putting fish fillets (a little moist) and sprinkle with salt and pepper .. Then move the fish in flour mixture and ground almonds.
Press slightly to the mixture sticking.Besides a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat, add the fish fillets and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.Remove fish and place on serving platter.
In a skillet with a little oil brown the sliced almonds cook, stirring for a minute or until lightly browned.Remove the pan from the heat and distribute the almonds over fish ..Serve immediately with salad or mashed potatoes.
