Roast Beef Hash – Any time we have leftover steak or roast beef, my family loves this dish.

Simple to put together, comforting and you can use that tender beef in a casserole instead of sandwiches, or when everyone gets tired of sandwiches.

Ingredients:

4 cups diced roast beef1/2 cup red wine4 cups diced, cooked potatoes4 tablespoons butter4 Tablespoons chopped onions1 clove garlic1/2 cup heavy cream1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram1/4 teaspoon dried thyme1/4 teaspoon savory2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley2 Tablespoons soy saucePaprika

Method:

Mix onion and garlic with herbs and saute in butter.  Add potatoes and brown slighty. Add all other ingredients and pour into casserole. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
