INGREDIENTS
2 cans of tuna
2 fl. ch. canned corn
1 packet of wild rice
5 small diced radishes
1 fresh onion, finely chopped
1/2 fl. ch. chopped dill
salt and pepper
1/2 fl. ch. olive oil
juice of 1 large lemon
lemon zest
METHOD
Drain the tuna and corn. We chop all the ingredients and we have them ready.
Boil the wild rice according to the instructions on the package. Let it drain well and combine with the rest of our chopped ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the oil and lemon juice. Mix the rice and sprinkle the lemon zest on top.
We can boil frozen corn, but I find it more difficult, the issue is our convenience in such salads. Everyone does what they think of course.
We like lemons and I “stung” her a bit on the lemon, try and adjust it yourself but I think she likes a lot of lemon.
