INGREDIENTS
Makes 5 servings
500 ml milk
1 egg
1 tblsp semolina/sojee
3 tblsp dessert cream
4 tblsp condensed milk
4 tblsp fresh cream
Pinch of elaichi
Crushed pistachios
DIRECTIONS
Whisk semolina with dessert cream.
Add rest of the ingredients in the milk and simmer on low heat till it thickens.
Let it cool and set in bowls.
Garnish with pistachios.
