INGREDIENTS
250 g Butter
½ Cup Castor Sugar
2 tblsp Oil
1 ½ cups rice crispies ( pulse slightly in mixer)
1 Cup Coconut
½ cup Pecan Nuts ( pulsed /chopped finely)
1 ½ tblsp cocoa
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of bicarbonate of soda /baking soda
Chocolate to Decorate
Method
Cream Butter & sugar well,add oil and mix.add rice crispies,pecan nuts and mix. add flour to make a soft dough.Shape
into logs bake 180 degree for 20 – 25 mins .Allow to cool…then dip in chocolate
Add chopped pecans on top and drizzle white chocolate.
