INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet sliced thinly
Marinate for 4 hours in:
Salt to taste
2 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp crushed garlic
2 1/2 tblsp mochachos spice
2 tblsp oil
METHOD
In a sepated bowl add 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 1/2 tsp of the mochachos spice.
Cook chicken fillet on bbq or in the oven at 180 degrees or can shallow fry and brush the butter marinade every few minutes.
Slice bun open. Spread little butter, add lettuce, mayo , mochachos peri peri sauce, chicken fillet then top with cheese and mochachos miracle whip. Close then bun and heat before serving
