Ingredients
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 medium avocado
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries (or strawberries)
1 kiwi, peeled
1 banana, frozen preferred
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup of sugar (optative)
NOTE: I increased the amount to come out 3 or 4 servings, the original recipe hasn’t sugar but I put a little cause sometimes the berries are slightly acidic with 1/2 cup was perfect.
The avocado should be ripe.
DIRECTIONS
In a blender or food processor place the orange juice and add the blueberries and raspberries, beat well, then add the avocado, kiwi, sugar, ice and banana, beat again until it has a creamy consistency, serve in glasses and with some berries.
Serve immediately.
