Isn’t beauty this berries Mousse? Try this recipe with with red wine and white chocolate sauce

Ingredients

200 grs. of blueberries (freeze or fresh)

200 grs. of raspberries (freeze or fresh)

3/4 cup of sugar

3/4 cup of red wine

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

2 teaspoon of gelatin powder dissolved in

2 tablespoon of water

2 cups of heavy cream

White chocolate sauce:

100 grs. white chocolate

1 tablespoon of butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix the red wine and the sugar in a little pot and cook medium heat, until you have a syrup.2.Mix this syrup with the berries and the cinnamon. Reserve.3.Dissolved the gelatin to Bain Marie and add the berries stirring, let chill.4. In a bowl beat the heavy cream until is hold peaks.

Incorporate the berries, empty this mix to a loaf mold wrap with aluminium paper, cover and refrigerate by two hours.5. To serve turn over in a large dish, cut in slices and serve with white chocolate sauce.

White chocolate sauce: Dissolve to Bain Marie the white chocolate, heat slowly, cut the fire and add the butter and mix well with a woodspoon.

Note: Although is delicious with the white chocolate perfectly you can eat without it if you want save some calories.
