Fried squid with sweet and sour dipping sauce – greek calamari

Ingredients
– squid in sliced ​​frozen or fresh 1 cup of ouzo coffee [ 70 ml ]
1 lemon its juice [ 1 φλυτσανι του καφε ]
1/2 cup of fine semolina coffee [ 40 gr]
30 g cornflour
150 g flour
20 g corn flour
1 teaspoon salt a stream of black pepper a stream of paprika
– seeds for frying oil

1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions
for the sweet and sour sauce

In a saucepan put the water and the corn flour and put it on low heat to tie it for a while stirring with a wire .

In a bowl we put the squids ouzo, and lemon, and salt and mix them a little and put it in the fridge for an hour .
Once an hour has passed, strain them in a colander. In another bowl, put the flour, the corn flour and so on. a little salt, flour, black pepper, paprika and mix them well .
Dip the squid in and mix well, Shake the excess flour by hand, fry them in plenty of burnt seed oil, a little so that the temperature does not fall, the and instead of frying them at the end, boil them. We place them on a plate that we will have put kitchen paper .
