Fried peppers with yogurt and sumac – A wonderful appetizer for the summer, but also to remember the summer

INGREDIENTS

10 bell peppers cleaned of the seeds

4 tablespoons of white vinegar

1 kesedaki yogurt

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Sumac, Smoked paprika, Black pepper

Put corn cob to burn, add the peppers.

Fry well on both sides.

Put out the vinegar in the pan, turn the peppers again and let it evaporate.

Transfer the peppers to a plate.

We salt.

Pour the yogurt, olive oil and spices on top.

It goes… and what doesn’t it go with!
