The perfect addition to your tea tables

INGREDIENTS
6 to 7 potatoes boiled and mashed
500 g chicken fillet boiled and shredded
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tblsp hot sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
Bunch of fresh coriander and mint leaves chopped
1 tsp cumin and coriander powder each
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tblsp crushed red chillies ( chilli flakes)
1 tsp mayonnaise
METHOD
Mix everything well together and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
Oil hands and make medium sized cutlets and leave in the fridge again for few minutes.
Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
