Ingredients
Crust1-1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup oats1/2 cup butter melted
Filling
3 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)1/4 cup water2 tablespoon cornstarch2 teaspoon lemon juiceTopping2 Tablespoon oats3 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon butter
Method
Crust
Preheat oven to 180° cCombine graham cracker crumbs sugar and oats.Add butter and mix in until crumbly.Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate and bake for 6 minutes.
Set aside.FillingCombine berries and half of the water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 2 minutes stirringfrequently.In a small bowl bowl stir together remaining water cornstarch and lemon juice.Gradually stir cornstarch mixture into berry mixture and continue stirring mixture for about 30 seconds or until mixtures thickens
.Pour filling into pie crust.Topping Mix all ingredients together until it reaches acrumbly texture.Sprinkle on top of filling.Bake pie for an additional 15 minutes.
