INGREDIENTS
1 dose of sponge cake from the PIRATE CAKE
1 nutella
1 dose of strawberry sauce (We make a sauce with 1 bushel of strawberries (1/2 kilo), 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 of water)
1 strawberry syrup diluted with 3/4 glass of warm water
1 envelope of vanilla pastry cream
colored truffle
whipped cream frosting
1 cream morphat metal box
1 glass of wine, milk
3 spoons of sugar
vanilla flavor
red pastry colour
chocolate ganache glaze
250 g couverture chocolate
200 g fresh cream
25 g butter (vitamin)
Instructions
We make a sponge cake in a rectangular pan and divide it horizontally into two parts
Wet the first one with the strawberry syrup and gently spread the Nutella
Beat the vanilla cream and add a part of the strawberry sauce
layer the second sponge in the same way
and let it cool for at least 3 hours
Beat the whipped cream and spread over the entire surface
After the ganache has cooled, spread a part like in the photo
Cut the stick from a cardboard, wrap the part that will go into the cake with film.
