A dish full of smells, delicious and so easy to make that it is usually the first oily food someone learns to cook!

In a wide pot, put 500 g fresh or frozen peas, 2-3 potatoes in large pieces, 2-3 carrots in slices, 3-4 green onions chopped, 1/2 cup chopped dill, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup olive oil. Saute everything together for a few minutes and add 1 tsp. tomato paste and 1 cup of grated tomato. You fill with hot water until it covers all the ingredients and simmer the food for about 30 minutes.


You add another 1/4 cup of olive oil and continue cooking until the sauce thickens for 5-7 minutes, increasing the intensity of the stove a little. At the end and before turning off the stove, add 1/2 cup of extra chopped dill and the juice of 1/2 lemon and leave the pot covered with the lid until serving.
