Cut 1 large cucumber or 2-3 small cucumbers on the mandoline into thin slices and put them in a container with 3-4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and salt to stay for a few minutes. Finely chop 1 small spring onion and 2-3 sprigs of dill.
You mix 200 g of strained yogurt with 3 tsp. cream cheese, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 2 tsp olive oil. Drain the cucumber slices from the vinegar and mix them with the chopped herbs and yogurt.
Sprinkle with a little more dill and hot paprika. If you want, you can also sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sesame or black seed.
