A beautiful and simple egg salad that can be eaten as an appetizer.

Its materials are usually found at home, so we make it quickly and almost inexpensively!

INGREDIENTS

8 hard-boiled eggs

1 stalk of celery, chopped

2 fresh onions, finely chopped

1/2 fl. chopped dill

1 cup of yogurt

3 tbsp mustard

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp olive oil

1 pinch paprika (if desired)

salt and pepper

METHOD

 

Melt the eggs with a fork or with the puree (but very well).

Combine the yogurt with the mustard, mayonnaise and olive oil in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and if you want, add a little paprika and then add the melted eggs, dill and onions.

Mix very well to incorporate the ingredients and place in the fridge for an hour to firm up our mixture.

Then serve on crackers or in sandwiches.
