We will make from a dough, which very easily becomes a delicious, fluffy and soft roll with nuts with juicy and firm filling of nuts.
THE DOUGH:
For the filling we will need: (for 1 roll) • 150 gr. walnuts • 70 gr. sugar • 60 gr. milk • 10 gr. butter • 1 egg white To spread the roll we will need: • 1 yolk • 3 – 4 tbsp. milk or water Simmer the chopped walnuts in the pot for 2 minutes.
Add the butter, stir and leave the filling to cool. When we wrap it in a roll, we pay attention to some things:
1. Spread the nuts 2 cm below, to have a beautiful roll.
2. Spread the filling on the edges, so that we do not have in common, so that the nut is everywhere.
3. With a rolling pin, pass it on the top of the roll (lid), spread it with water and spread it on it. Leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. (CLOSED oven with LIGHT ON)
Baking time: In the preheated oven, up and down resistance, no air. • 15 minutes at 180 degrees • 10 minutes at 160 degrees
