Ingredients
6 eggs
6 tablespoon of caster sugar
4 tablespoon of flour
3tablespoon of chuño flour (or corn flour)
(Chuño is typical of South America is flour of dry potatoes)
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tin of condensed milk (boiled) or see in LABELS in Dulce de Leche other form to make it, have some recipes.
Podwer sugar to finish.
Preheat the oven to medium heat.(170º)
METHOD
I boiled a tin of condensed milk (remember with water over the tin by 2 hours or 1 hour and half and dont open until is CHILL).
Beat the whites separated of the yolks and add 3 spoonfuls of caster sugar until are firm. Beat the yolks with the other 3 spoonfuls of caster sugar. Then join all slowly, add the flour carefully, baking powder, and chuño or corn flour. All the movement must be so slowly, join well.
In the baking oven place a parchment paper and place the molds that you choose, battered and powder with flour, fill the molds with this mix.
Bake at the oven until are little golden (about 8 minutes)
Let chill and desmold after let in a tray.
Take twice and join with dulce de leche as you like, make all and reserve, powder with caster sugar over the macarons or empolvados and serve.
