Artichoke and chicken Lasagna Rolls – Looks incredibly mouthwatering and I love all the ingredients

Ingredients (5 servings)

2 cups of cream

2 tablespoon of oil

1/2 onion chopped

1 chicken breast peel and in slices

5 boiled artichokes (the food)

100 grs. parmesan cheese grated

10 Lasagna Noodles

salt and pepper

Method

1.In a little pot heat to slow fire 1 cup of cream by 6 minutes, stir always, and add the salt . Reserve.

2. Preheat the oven to medium heat (170º)

3. In a large Frying pan heat the oil, add the onion chopped until is transparent. Add the chicken meat in slices and cook by 10 minutes more.Empty the other cup of cream and artichokes food and stir well, cook by 3 minutes. Cut the fire and add the middle of the parmesan cheese (50 grs.), add salt and pepper to your taste.
To cook the lasagna noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water until almost are tender, about 6 to 7 minutes, drain and cover with cold water, reserve to filling.
Full each noodle with the artichokes and chicken mix and roll the noodle and place in a large pirex to cook at oven.
When all the rolls are ready empty the cream you reserved and add the rest of the cheese over the rolls.
Cook at oven by 20 minutes until is gratined. Serve hot.
