500 g chicken fillet cut in big cubes
Marination:
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp crushed green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tblsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup yoghurt
Cover and keep aside for 30 mins. Then shallow fry in a pan with few tblsp of oil. Once done keep aside. Give charcoal smoke for 2 mins once its done.
Gravy : Heat 3 tblsp oil in a pan and add 2 sliced onions, 5 to 6 garlic cloves, 1 inch fresh ginger slice, 1 tblsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp cumin/zeera powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp paprika powder, handful of cashews, 3 chopped tomatoes, crushed kasturi methi/dry fenugreek leaves, salt to taste.
DIRECTIONS
Cook everything well till tomatoes are soft. Let it cool completely then grind into a fine paste. Add oil in the pan again and add the paste by straining it. Let it boil for 2 minutes then add the cooked chicken. Let it cook for few minutes then lastly add 1/2 cup of fresh cream and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with Naan or roti.
Garlic Naan
2 Cups Cake Flour
2 Tbspn Oil
2 Tspn Yeast
2 Tspn Salt
1 Tspn Sugar
-Make Dough with Lukewarm Water
-Rest Dough Until Double in size
-Divide Dough in 10 Balls, And roll it into an oval shape. Sprinkle some Kalonji seeds/Black Cumin and roll lightly.
-Then cook on a medium heated Tawa, Let it cook for couple of minutes until you see bubbles on top, then cook Both Sides. Remove from Tawa and Brush with Garlic Butter
-Serve these homemade garlic naan with Any of your Favorite Gravy…
Garlic Butter
120g Butter
Few Spoons Ghee
1/2 Cup Freshly Minced Garlic
Lots of Fresh Chopped Coriander
-Warn Above In microwave until Butter melts.
