In a bowl, put 250 g of organic flour, 50 g of powdered oreo cookies, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. cocoa, 2 eggs, 50 g granulated sugar, 1 tsp. gl. vanilla extract or 1 vanilla capsule, a pinch of salt, 100 ml melted butter, 250 ml sour milk. Mix the mixture well with the egg beater and set aside for 10 minutes.
Butter the pan with the donut molds, even if they are non-stick or silicone, and fill them leaving 1/2 centimeter from their rim. For convenience, you can put the mixture in a pastry bag or in a bottle with a nose. Bake the donuts at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. This amount makes about 20 small donuts.
You let the donuts cool slightly to garnish them with the frosting. You mix 1/2 cup of powdered sugar with a few drops of water until you have a thick icing. Dip one side of the donuts in the glaze and sprinkle with crumbs from 2-3 oreo cookies.
