INGREDIENTS
1 tsp salt
2 tblsp raw papaya paste
1 and 1/2 tblsp ginger garlic paste
4-5 green chillies
1 medium onion slices
1/2 cup fresh coriander and mint leaves
2 bread slices
2 tblsp water
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp crushed cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tblsp roasted chana powder
1 tblsp coconut powder
1 tblsp cream
2 tblsp butter
Hot coal for giving smoke
Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
In beef mince add salt, raw papaya paste and ginger garlic paste, mix well and marinate for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
In a chopper add green chillies, onion, fresh coriander, mint leaves, bread slices and water and chop well.
Now add the marinated mince,and rest of the spices and ingredients. Give coal smoke for 3 minutes. Grease hands with oil. Take mixture and make long kebabs. In a grill/frying pan heat oil and fry kebabs on low flame till golden brown. Be careful when turning as they can break easily.
