INGREDIENTS
500 g chicken fillets sliced thin
Marinate for 2 hours in :
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tblsp chicken spice
1 tblsp portuguese spice
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp paprika
1 tblsp garlic paste
2 tblsp oil
METHOD
Mix all marinade ingredients together and apply on chicken. Cover and let it marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Grill in oven / stovetop or even braai stand.
Baste with remaining marinade while grilling.
Pour sauce over and enjoy with chilli wedges.
Sauce:
1 tblsp melted butter
2 tblsp cream
1 tblsp mayonnaise
1 tblsp nandos peri peri sauce or any other sauce
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Lemon and garlic sauce ( white)
DIRECTIONS
Boil everything together and pour over chicken fillets.
