Ingredients dough
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tasp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
10 tablespoon of cold butter unsalted in cubes
(not margarine)
1/4 cup of vodka (optative)
1/2 cup of cold water (or3/4 cup of water
if you dont use the vodka)
Directions:
Process or mix in a bowl 1 1/2 cup flour,salt and sugar in a food processor, until combined.
Add ice butter and mix well till combined and look like cottage cheese. Scrape down sides and add remaining flour. Pulse still combined.
Put in a bowl.
Add the vodka if you use or only the water (I hadn’t have vodka)
When add the water till be slightly.
Divide into the amount that you are looking for.
(2 large balls for a double pie crust or smaller ones for mini pies)
Cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for about 1 hr till firm again.
After firm roll out and line pan. and remember with this recipe you will still need flour the board so that it wont stick.

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 cup cut up cooked chicken
1 1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of sliced celery
1 tablespoon of flour
1/2 cup of milk
salt
pepper
Directions:
In a saucepan place the oil and combine chicken, frozen vegetables, and celery, cook by a while and add water and boil by 10 minutes
Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
In the saucepan oven medium heat, add the chicken and vegetables, stir in flour, and add salt and pepper
Slowly stir in chicken broth and milk.
Simmer over medium low heat until thick.
Remove from heat and set aside.Place the chicken mixture in bottom pie crust.
Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut away excess dough.
Beat a yolk with some milk and brush the dough
Heat the oven at 180° c. Make small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
